Paperbag Scans is hosted by the lovely Gertie over at Fan Sites Network. Through years of building fan sites I know first hand how frustrating it is not to be able to update your sites with the latest scans - so I've decided to change that. There are already great sites dedicated to bringing you all the latest scans and we're determinded to follow their example.
